Washington Property Company broke ground in the fall of 2010 on this 16-st0ry apartment building. The Lessard Group designed building will feature studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans with amenities like a business center, conference rooms, rec rooms, and a fitness center. The building will have three levels of underground garage parking and 7,000 sq. ft. of street level retail space.
