Clarendon

Bozzuto and Chesapeake Community Advisors developed vPoint, a mixed-use church and residential development one-half block from the Clarendon Metro station. Formerly known as Views at Clarendon the project preserves the existing 107-foot church steeple, reconstructs the church and provides 116 rental apartments. The existing low scale educational building and day care center on the north side of the block will remain. Seventy of the residential units are guaranteed at affordable rate. The project is planned to be LEED certified.
