Clarendon
Bozzuto and Chesapeake Community Advisors developed vPoint, a mixed-use church and residential development one-half block from the Clarendon Metro station. The project plans preserved the existing 107-foot church steeple, reconstructed the church and provided 116 rental apartments. Seventy of the residential units are guaranteed at an affordable rate. The project is targeting LEED certified.
