Ballston

The JBG Cos. has approved plans from Arlington County for a 23-story residential tower in Ballston. The building has also been called The Fairmont. It will feature 9,200 sq. ft. of ground floor retail and 294 garage parking spaces. Construction is on hold. JBG is leasing the existing office building for five to ten years.
