The Station and Engine House

The Station and Engine House project will be a single development, even though the two buildings are a few blocks from each other. The Engine House will have four units and The Station will have five (two units in each building will be affordable units). The homes will have between two and three levels, depending on the unit. Features will include 15-foot ceilings, private entrances and mezzanine levels for a recreation room or additional bedroom. Four parking spaces will be available at The Engine House and five spaces at The Station.
