MRP Realty and The JBG Companies plan to start construction of the first 323 residences of The Exchange at Potomac Yard in the second quarter of 2012. The total plans for The Exchange at Potomac Yard include 1.9 million sq. ft. of mixed-use development consisting of a town center with approximately 800,000 sq. ft. of office and hotel space, two hotels totaling 625 rooms, 534 residences, and approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of retail.
