A three-level, 12-unit residential project is planned for a property owned by the United House of Prayer at 926 N Street NW. The new project, designed by Susan Reatig, will have 12 residential units (studios, 1BRs, 2BRs, 3BR) above two retail spaces, one that measures out at 2,400 sq. ft. and one at 800 sq. ft.
