Carlyle Block O consists of 344 apartments across two buildings; a 14-story, post-tensioned concrete high-rise and a four-story wood-frame mid-rise. Planned to be LEED certified, the project sits atop two levels of underground parking with a shared landscaped courtyard ground floor. The high-rise building will feature the amenities. Designed by SK and I Architectural Design Group.
