Myerton

The Myerton is a twice failed condo conversion project from The JBG Companies. Each residence was renovated as was the lobby, E-lounge, and fitness center. The landscaped courtyard has a pool, oversized sundeck and grilling stations. Reserved parking is available for each residence. The developer first started sales in 2006, but punted when demand was not deep enough waiting to initiate sales at a later date when the market came back. In the spring of 2011 sales were started again, but the developer could not meet the pre-sale requirements to settle home purchases.
