The Oronoco

The Oronoco is an adaptive re-use of an office building near the banks of the Potomac River that is being turned into luxury condos by EYA. The tiered design of the existing building has been used to incorporate private outdoor spaces for each residence. EYA purchased the building for $21 million in October 2011. Shalom Baranes is the architect.
