Adams Morgan

WY 18 is a 61-unit condo conversion project at 18th Street and Wyoming Street in Adams Morgan. All units will include GE Café series appliances and iPod docking stations. The two apartment buildings that make up the development were previously called The Warrington and The Wilmington. Amenities include rooftop decks with misting sprayers and wet bars. 18 of the 61 units were reserved for existing tenants when the buildings were converted to condominium.
