Dominion Heights is a new mid-rise condominium development by The Christopher Companies. Construction started in June of 2011. The building will offer underground garage parking and street level retail space. In February 2012 NVCapital Advisors invested $4 million into the project, new financing was arranged and floor plans designed to be smaller.
