Cherrydale

Located in the historic Cherrydale section of Arlington, 3800 Lofts offers 22 large condominium homes featuring hardwood floors throughout, exposed ductwork and sprinkler piping, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The 4-story building features retail on the first floor. Previously conceived as Bromptons at Cherrydale the building ran into trouble during construction and was condemned by Arlington County due to structural issues. The building was going to be torn down, but eventually the Ed Peete Company (developer) was able to correct the issues and bring the project to fruition. After a brief sales attempt the building switched to rental in the summer of 2011.
