The Griffin is a 49-unit ground-up multi-family building originally planned as condominiums, but later as rental apartments. In August 2011 Donatelli Development listed the building for sale prior to its delivery approximately one month later. The new owner could rent or sell the units as condominiums. The building is located across the street from the Petworth Metro.
