Federal Capital Partners and Altus Realty Partners will develop a 40 unit condominium building in Adams Morgan on what is now a vacant lot. The team hopes to break ground in the summer of 2012. PGN Architects is handling the design. The developers purchased the site in the summer of 2011, and plan to break ground in late-2012.
