Adams Mason House

Developer MMg received final approval in July 2011 to turn the Adams Mason House into a property with residential, retail and office elements, including a new four-story building in the rear of the existing lot. The project will include one, two and possibly three-bedroom condos, as well as 1,000 to 2,000 sq. ft. of office or retail space. The interior and exterior of the historic row house will be preserved, but renovated. Number of units estimated.
