Virginia Square Towers will be approximately 2.4 acres along the south side of Fairfax Drive between N. Lincoln St. and N. Kansas St. Plans call for two buildings - one 13-stories with 399 units and one 6-stories with 135 units. Six units will be maintained as affordable for 30 years. The project will feature 12,815 sq. ft. of ground floor retail, a public plaza and the two buildings will be connected by a glass sky walk as well as share underground garage parking. Dittmar has agreed to secure LEED Gold certification.
