3.99: Mortgage Rates Dip Below 4 Percent — Again
Rates on 30-year mortgages dropped below 4 percent again this morning. Freddie Mac reported 3.99 percent with a 0.5 point as the average on a 30-year fixed mortgage, just below last week's rate of 4.01 percent.
