ONTARIO 17 Condominium Transforming Former Theater Site in Adams Morgan
The location of the former Ontario Theater on Columbia Road will soon be transformed into high-end condos called ONTARIO 17 Condominium. The six-story building will include architectural details like those of the historic Theater, as well as 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
