Large Mixed-Use Development Coming to Congress Heights Metro
In keeping with the trend of increased development in Ward 8, a planned unit development was just submitted for a 446,000-square foot office and residential project at the Congress Heights Metro station, reported the Washington Business Journal late Tuesday.
