Case-Shiller: Home Prices Rise At Fastest Rate Since 2006
Home prices in the DC area increased by 6.9 percent between February 2012 and February 2013, according to the Case-Shiller report released this morning. Nationally, prices rose 9.3 percent year-over-year.
