3.34: Mortgage Rates Rise Ever So Slightly
After hitting a record low of 3.31 percent two weeks ago, mortgage rates rose slightly this week with Freddie Mac reporting 3.34 percent with an average 0.7 point as the average on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage.
