ANC 2C Supports Hotel in Shaw, LivingSocial Out at 655 New York Ave.
At Wednesday night's ANC 2C meeting, commissioners voted to support the Baywood Hotels and Dantes Partner proposal for Shaw's Parcel 42. In other news, Douglas Development told the crowd that rumored tenant LivingSocial is no longer an option for 655 New York Avenue NW.
