Online Auction of 3 Baltimore Shell Houses at 2pm
Alex Cooper will auction off three shell houses in Baltimore today starting at 2pm. The auctioneer describes all three as "investment properties" in need of "total renovation". It is an online-only auction. Two of the properties have starting bids of $25,000; the other, $90,000. See photos after the jump.
