Case Shiller: DC Home Prices Drop Slightly
November home prices nationwide dropped about one percent compared with October prices, according to the latest S&P/Case-Shiller report. Even in DC, a city that has gone in the opposite direction of the rest of the country in terms of home prices over the last several months, prices dropped 0.1 percent, although year-over-year prices increased 3.5 percent.
