Growth of H Street Continues with New Apartments and Grocery
DCmud is reporting that the construction of a six-story apartment building complete with a ground-floor grocery store is increasingly likely at the northeast corner of 3rd and H Streets in Northeast's H Street Corridor. The project would represent a welcome addition of population and retail to the up-and-coming neighborhood.
