Adams Morgan May Convert 18th Street Parking to Weekend Pick-Up Zones
A few months after it was suggested that the most popular strip of 18th Street in Adams Morgan be closed to vehicular traffic on the weekends, a more pared-down yet similar proposal is now being drafted by ANC 1C to create designated pick-up/drop-off zones.
