McMillan Reservoir Development Gets the Zoning Green Light -- Again
In December, the DC Court of Appeals halted the previously-approved redevelopment, remanding it back to the Zoning Commission and requesting clarity on a number of points that rationalized the plan's approval. Last night, the Commission wrapped up months of hearings, testimony and debate, ultimately coming to the same conclusion reached last year.
