New Inclusionary Zoning Rules in DC Will Take Effect in June
Last summer, the Zoning Commission voted in favor of lowering the standard income threshold for newly-constructed inclusionary zoning rental units, from 80 to 60 percent of median family income. Those rules take effect on June 5th.
