The Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development has picked the team led by Jarvis Company and Stonebridge Carras to redevelop the historic Crummell School in Ivy City, and the team of Ditto Residential, Group360 Real Estate Advisors and Irving Development to redevelop Shaw's Parcel 42.
