Historic Designation of Ballston Burial Ground May Also Bury Redevelopment Plans
This weekend, the Arlington County Board will decide whether a public hearing is needed in regard to a petition to designate a portion of the Robert Ball Sr. Burial Ground as a Local Historic District -- a proposal which would throw a wrench into efforts to redevelop the site as multi-family housing and non-profit space.
