DC Council Considers Bill Exempting ANCs From FOIA Mandates
The DC Council Committee on Housing and Community Development held a second hearing to discuss the proposed Advisory Neighborhood Commissions Omnibus Amendment Act of 2016 -- an act which contains a provision exempting ANCs from FOIA mandates.
