Case-Shiller Index: Home Price Declines Are Slowing
The monthly Case-Shiller Home Price Index was published today for the month of April. The report finds that home prices are still declining, but more slowly than before. Price declines in DC are less severe than the index's average for 20 metropolitan areas.
