Condo sales and marketing firm McWilliams|Ballard has published The Condominium Portfolio, a booklet of all its projects in the DC metro region that have units for sale. While primarily a promotional piece, the new booklet serves as a good resource for the home buyer to get a sense of what the local market currently offers in terms of new condos.
