The Historic Preservation Office has approved the project, spanning from 300-308 Carroll Street NW to 325 Vine Street NW. Plans include five stories of new construction fronting Vine Street, both of the Victorian house-apartment-hostels overlooking Carroll will be restored and retained. The development will include 16 inclusionary zoning units, 23 parking spaces, and 53 long-term bicycle spaces. Current commercial tenants like restaurant Spicy Delight are expected to remain.
