In partnership with United Planning Organization (UPO), a team led by TM Associates constructed a ten-story building atop 3,000 square feet of commercial space. UPO will have an outpost on the ground floor to administer support services to building and neighborhood residents, including job training and placement. The second phase received zoning approval for affordable units above ground-floor commercial space.
