Developer Jair Lynch has plans to construct a 5-story wood-framed building on the 27,875 square-foot surface parking lot in Takoma DC's historic district. Designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, the building will offer five floors and 39 parking spaces. Jair Lynch is also marketing Maple and Vine, a potential sister-development on the opposite corner that would house 75 apartments above a specialty grocery store. Development is likely to break ground Summer 2020.
