With designs by R2L:Architects and Oculus, the Kettler and Carr Properties development will include a sizeable "Union Market" mural visible from the Red Line train and below-grade parking for 682 vehicles. Including a mix of hotel, office, and retail (condominium and rental), between 790 and 1103 residential units are expected, roughly 112 of which are inclusionary zoning units, half for households earning up to 50 percent of AMI and half for households earning up to 80 percent AMI.
