Graham Park Plaza, a shopping center southwest of Route 50, will be redeveloped with residential and new retail under a plan recently submitted to Fairfax County planners. The proposal from owner Federal Realty Investment Trust (developer of Pike & Rose in North Bethesda) would transform the Falls Church center "into a community-oriented neighborhood, focused on an enhanced transit community lifestyle," per the application.
