Parcel L is a two-phase development that will include a building with 285 rental apartments atop 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and two levels of underground parking. Twenty percent of the apartments will be set aside for households earning up to 50 percent of area median income. Phase I at Tingey and 3rd Streets SE, designed by Studios Architecture, is expected to be completed next year. The second phase will bring a 225-room hotel to the site.
