Original plans for The Arts at 5th and I Streets included 174 hotel units and 96 mixed-income residential units, in a LEED Silver mixed-use project including neighborhood-focused retail. However, developer Donohoe was dropped from the project in February 2013, and the city said that the project will be re-bid later this year.
