An 82-unit residential project in Glover Park from Altus Realty, Chesapeake Realty Partners and Ellisdale Construction. The team secured $39 million for the large-scale project, which will involve revamping the building currently occupied by the Washington Sports Club and Glover Park Hardware and putting up a second building on what is currently a parking lot.
