Hoffman Town Center: Blocks 11, 12

When complete, the mixed-use redevelopment near the Eisenhower Metro in Alexandria will total 7 million square feet of development. Blocks 11 and 12 will include residential units in 875,000 square feet of real estate. The first floor includes 68,000 square feet of retail space and will house a 50,000 square foot Harris Teeter grocery store.
