The Grace and REVA

National Landing

The Grace and REVA, are the first residential buildings to deliver to National Landing. The Grace, the 26-story northern tower, consists of 337 apartments while REVA, the 27-story southern tower, features 471 apartments. Both buildings feature a pool, fitness center, coworking and lounge area, and rooftop terraces. Designed by COOKFOX and Torti Gallas, the buildings will have 40,000 square feet of retail, a pedestrian-friendly activated connection between 18th and 20th Streets, and a stairway leading to a forthcoming park.
