As we noted in an article last week, there are only about 70 three-bedroom units on the market in DC, making it a fairly rare property type in the city. In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we find one of these rare three-bedrooms in the Penn Quarter listed for $695,000. The 1,400 square-foot unit is located on the 8th floor of a building right next to the Verizon Center.
