In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we look at a two-bedroom condo in Mount Pleasant that is listed for $599,500. This property is part of a two-unit development called The Glenbrook, and it is the ground and first floor of the building. There are no walls that separate one room from another on the main floor, so the living area, dining area and kitchen all flow together. Both bedrooms are on the lower level and the fact the second bedroom is not very large has been an issue for some prospective buyers. There is a parking space in the back of the property, and a small front porch. The interesting thing about this unit is its price history. Initially listed for $749,000 back in 2008, the property has been on and off the market with a numerous price reductions. Now it looks like it is priced to sell. More details and photos below.
