Home renovation and furnishings are not topics that UrbanTurf covers regularly, however after you buy a home, outfitting it with furniture is crucial. In this installment of UrbanTurf Reader Asks, a reader inquires about where to get quality furniture in the DC area.
Can someone recommend a good, reasonably-priced furniture store in DC? I closed on a two-bedroom condo in Logan Circle last week, but it is still almost totally empty! I know about the West Elms and Crate and Barrels, but are there any local stores in DC or the immediate suburbs that I am overlooking that might have furniture that is not so "cookie cutter?"
