In this week’s installment of UrbanTurf Reader Asks, a reader who wants to put her home on the market wonders if she should wait until September after the slow summer months (July and August) of real estate have passed.
"I am thinking of putting my home on the market in the next month or two, but am wondering if I should hold off until September. People have been telling me that the summer is typically a slow time for real estate, particularly July and August. Given the current state of the market, I was leaning toward agreeing with them. Am I wrong?"
