The home has a great floorplan, a large master bedroom (the second and third bedrooms could be bigger), but the real draw is the back deck and very deep backyard that provides a great space to host warm weather get-togethers. Listed for $389,900, the home’s assessed value is approximately $35,000 more than that.

In our all Mount Pleasant edition of Best New Listings last week, we featured this four-bedroom, 22-foot wide town house. It went under contract on April Fools Day. In addition to an enormous dining room and a great back patio made for bbqs, the house has a large master bedroom and a loft-like office space on the third floor. The downside to the home is that it only has 1.5 bathrooms, so in order to make this fit for a family, the eventual owner will likely need to install one more bathroom.
