Last week, we featured this two-bedroom unit in our What X Buys You feature, and it took all of 6 days for it to go under contract. There are no walls that separate one room from another on the main floor, so the living area, dining area and kitchen all flow together. Both bedrooms are on the lower level and the fact that the second bedroom is not very large has been an issue for some prospective buyers.
